I grew up in the 60's and 70's with several brothers and sisters near Washington, D.C., in your standard middle-class household. Music and art were always a part of our home life, and my father and other relatives have had a long involvement in musical pursuits. In fact, my Dad's cousin's stage name was Patsy Cline. We have various other artistic talents in the family, such as drawing and graphical arts. My own interest lies more in 3-dimensional expressions, a hidden artistic aspect of myself I discovered through my love of dollhouses, one of which I built by hand.

I am currently living in Albuquerque, NM, a very art-friendly locale. I am diagnosed Bipolar, and have been making art for as long as I can remember. In fact as a child, I sometimes even made art in the wrong places - such as, the walls of our home :-)

In the last few years, I've been working with other Bipolartists at several successful local shows, as well as selling art at functions such as the Folk Art Festival here in ABQ. Click the Media link at left to see our recent mentions in the local Albuquerque press, and make sure and check News and Events for the latest Bipolart info and upcoming events.

Feel free to look at the art on my website, and don't forget to email me with any input you might have about art, living with bipolar disorder, items for sale or possible commissions. I do respond to all my email personally, when I have the chance. God Bless!
